Musamma Consulting Founder is Haytham Abdulrazek, Attorney at Law, admitted before the General Bar Association of Egypt since 2006. Mr. Abdulrazek is a certified counsel and member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (headquartered in Washington DC, USA).
He has 20 years of experience diversified between private practice and in-house. Mr. Abdulrazek started his career in business litigation along with representing Governmental Bodies in International Commercial Arbitration, afterwards, he moved in-house and acted as a strategic business partner by advising executive management level after gaining gradually accumulated experience in niche areas of law; such as antitrust, M&As, cross-border transactions, data privacy and tech-transfer.
In parallel to his career journey in private practice and working in-house for multinational companies and regional conglomerates in FMCG, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, in Egypt and within the Middle East and North East Africa region.
